Message frequency is based on account activity.

Ownership; Trademarks; Modifications to Offers:

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Creative Hacks Online or its partners hold all legal rights, titles, and interests in the Creative Hacks Online  services and any offers provided through the Creative Hacks Online services, including any associated intellectual property rights. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and Creative Hacks Online DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Factors beyond the control of Creative Hacks Online , such as the speed of mobile carrier networks and the internet, may impact the service’s performance. Creative Hacks Online is not responsible for any acts beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances will Creative Hacks Online, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any damages arising from your use of the Creative Hacks Online service. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If any disclaimer or limitation on damages or liability set forth herein is prohibited by applicable law in a particular circumstance, Creative Hacks Online will be entitled to the maximum disclaimers and/or limitations on damages and liability available under such applicable law. You agree to accept the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Colorado and waive any objections to the venue of such courts.
